Rubber Backed Ceramic Liner
The rubber backed ceramic liner is a special option for applications with increased impact. Ceramic cylinders, hexagonal prisms, or flat tiles are embedded in elastomer, these liners provide exceptional wear life when facing increased impact.
It combines the advantages of high hardness of ceramic, high impact resistance and anti-fatigue properties of rubber, and can well solve the problem of equipment wear in the process of conveying bulk materials.




Ceramic Rubber Two In One Type
The ceramic rubber liner adopts a thermal vulcanisation process to vulcanise toughened and wear-resistant ceramic and rubber to form a ceramic rubber liner.
A high-strength organic adhesive is then used to bond the ceramic liner to the inner wall steel plate of equipment, creating a strong and cushioning anti-wear layer.
This method combines the advantages of the high hardness of ceramics with the high impact resistance and anti-fatigue properties of rubber, effectively solving equipment wear issues during the bulk material conveying process.


Ceramic Rubber Three In One Type
Three-in-one ceramic wear liner (ceramic+ rubber + steel plate) adopts a thermal vulcanization process, the toughened ceramic is vulcanized in a steel mold equipped with special rubber with the countersunk bolts.
This liner is a customised product, composite material of various thicknesses and shapes are selected according to the wear conditions to form a strong wear-resistant layer.
The working temperature of this product is -50℃ ~100℃


Steel Backed Ceramic Liner
The steel backed ceramic liner consists of high quality ceramic tiles bonded to a steel backing plate with rubber, it allows liners to be quickly mounted and automatically positioned on all 4 sides, eliminating guesswork and the need for time consuming measurements to lay out individual liners. It allows individual change out of liners without having to remove adjacent liners.
The backing steel plate takes the load and support the liner in place, hard ceramic surfaces provide good wear resistance while the elasticity of the rubber absorbs the impact. Excellent wear resistance in applications with sliding wear and high material speeds.




ZTA Ceramic Wear Liner
The Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA) ceramic wear liner represents a revolutionary advancement in wear and impact resistance. By fusing ZTA ceramics, a blend of alumina and zirconia, onto a steel plate through vulcanization, this liner combines exceptional toughness and wear resistance.
