Ni-hard cast iron wear plates are high-performance white cast iron products enhanced with nickel and chromium. These alloying elements form a hard chromium carbide within a martensitic matrix, making the material exceptionally durable under abrasive and high-impact conditions.

By adding 3.0% to 5.5% nickel and 1.5% to 10.0% chromium to standard white cast iron, a robust and wear-resistant martensitic matrix with M3C carbide is achieved.
